Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 gm (about 1 tsp) fat free, sugar free instant pudding powder
1 tsp splenda
1/4 cup unsweetened fruit
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a small mason jar. Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Eat cold or slightly warmed in the microwave.
Variations:
You can use any flavour of pudding and any unsweetened fruit combination.
