Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered pb
6 tbsp water
2 bananas, ripe and mashed
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
36g creamy vanilla protein powder
1 cup uncooked quick oats
1/2 cup kodiak pancake mix
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp table salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare an 8"x 8" pan by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.
Mix the powdered pb with water, add the banana, egg and milk. Mix.
Stir in protein powder, then mix in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Spread evenly in the prepared dish.
Bake 30 minutes, let cool before slicing.
