PB & J Overnight Oats (1 personal point)

3 servings (1 jar each)


Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked rolled oats

6 tbsp powdered peanut butter

1 tbsp splenda

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 pinch table salt

1 medium banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

3/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Add the oats, powdered peanut butter, splenda, cinnamon and salt to a medium bowl. Set aside.

Blend up the banana, milk, yogurt and vanilla. Add to the oat mixture. Mix well.

Divide evenly up into 3, 1 cup mason jars. Refrigerate overnight.


Suggested Serving: Add a couple tbsp of jam, pb syrup and a sprinkle of pb granola on top before serving the next day.
