Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened oat milk, 1/2 cup hot, 1 1/2 cups cold
1 pkg fat free sugar free peach jello powder
1 pkg fat free sugar free vanilla pudding powder
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
Directions:
In a medium bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in 1/2 cup hot oat milk, set aside.
Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, beat the 1 1/2 cups cold oat milk and dry pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
Beat in the gelatin mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes. Whisk in the yogurt.
Spoon into individual dishes.
Suggested Serving: Garnish with peaches and fat free cool whip.
Will unsweetened almond milk work in place of oat milk?
