Peanut Butter Granola (5 points)

6 servings (1/6 mixture)


Ingredients:

6 oz uncooked rolled oats

3 oz natural peanut butter


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 300F. Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying with oil or lining with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the oats and peanut butter, using your hands.

Spread the mixture out, evenly, on a baking sheet.

Bake for up to 20 minutes, turning and tossing with a spoon every 3-5 minutes.

When golden, remove and cool immediately (put into the fridge) to get it crispy.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit and yogurt.
