Peanut Butter Pancakes (2 points)

1 serving (2 pancakes)


Ingredients:

20g powdered peanut butter

5g spelt flour

2 tsp date powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

2 tbsp almond milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together until combined.

Heat a large lightly sprayed dash pancake griddle or skillet on medium heat.

Drop 1/2 batter onto the hot griddle or skillet.

Cook until the edges are bubbling, then flip carefully and cook until pancakes are cooked through.

Repeat with the rest of the batter.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup.
