Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch table salt
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
5 lean turkey pepperoni sticks, cut in half
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying or lining with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Set aside.
Mix up the dough using the flour, baking powder, salt and greek yogurt. Knead a few times.
Roll out dough to a 10" wide by 6" high rectangle. Cut into 10, 1" wide by 6" high strips.
Wrap each pepperoni piece in dough by twisting the strip around the pepperoni. Repeat for all the pepperoni pieces.
Place on the prepared baking sheet. Baste each piece with egg white and sprinkle with your choice of seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with sugar free bbq sauce, mustard or salsa.
