Pineapple Bread Stuffing (1 personal point)

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

2 large eggs

2 egg whites

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

7 slices WW bread


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 9" round baking dish by lightly spraying. Set aside.

Mix together pineapple, eggs, egg whites, milk and applesauce. Set aside.

Cut the bread into cubes and place into a large bowl.

Pour the the pineapple mixture over the bread cubes and mix to coat.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
