4 servings (heaping 1/2 cup each)
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked cauliflower, riced
2/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp dried cilantro or parsley
Directions:
Spray a large skillet and heat on medium high heat.
Add the cauliflower rice to warm up.
Stir in the other ingredients. Heat until warmed through.
