Pumpkin Butter (0 personal points)

4 servings (2 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter

1 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch of table salt


Directions:

Add all the ingredients together and mix well.

Store, covered, in the refrigerator.


Suggested Serving: Use as a spread or add to yogurt.
