Pumpkin Spice Latte Overnight Oats (0 personal points)

3 servings (1 cup each)


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain fat free greek yogurt

1 tbsp instant coffee powder

1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree

1 cup uncooked rolled oats

2 tbsp splenda

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Add the greek yogurt and instant coffee to a medium bowl. Stir until the coffee is fully dissolved. It will take a few minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until completely combined. Divide into 3 equal portions. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve cold or slightly warmed.


Suggested Serving: Serve with milk, yogurt, fruit and/or syrup.
