Red Sauce (0 personal points)

Ingredients:

28 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 small onion, diced

3 tsp garlic, minced

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp splenda

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Directions:

Add all ingredients into a pot or slow cooker.

Sauce can be ready when heated through but the longer it simmers, the better it tastes and the thicker it gets.


Suggested Serving: Versatile sauce which may be served as is on veggies or pasta or as a pizza sauce. You may also add chicken or turkey, breast, ground or whole, to make a meat sauce.
