Rice and Salmon Patties (2 points)

2 servings (2 patties each)


Ingredients:

4 oz cooked brown rice

4 oz canned salmon, drained

1 oz ezekiel breadcrumbs

1 green onion, sliced

2 eggs

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried dill weed

1 tsp lemon pepper


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients.

Form into 4 equal patties.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Carefully place on a baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and slightly golden.

Suggested Serving: Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

I would love this. I love salmon, but fresh salmon is getting so expensive. Great idea to use canned. This will stretch it out. Thanks I’m going to try this.
