2 servings (1/2 pancake each)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats1 light babybel cheese, shredded
1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tbsp plain 0% siggi's yogurt
1 large egg
1 light babybel cheese, shredded
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch onion powder
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Heat a lightly sprayed large skillet over medium high heat.
Spoon the batter into the skillet and spread it out to form a pancake shape about 7" in diameter.
Cover the skillet and cook on low heat until the pancake is golden brown and set.
Flip to cook the other side.
Suggested Serving: Serve with bacon/ham or a side salad for breakfast or brunch.
