Ingredients:
6 oz chicken breast, sliced thinly
1 tbsp taco seasoning
6 oz bell peppers, sliced thinly
2 oz onion, sliced thinly
1 tsp garlic, minced
4 oz salsa
Directions:
Lightly spray a large skillet and heat up on medium high.
Add the chicken strips, sprinkle on the taco seasoning. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Lightly spray skillet and add the peppers and onions. Cook on medium high until veggies are soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a minute longer.
Add the meat to the veggie mixture and mix to combine. Add the salsa and continue stirring and cooking until heated through.
Suggested Serving: Serve on tortillas or pitas, salad with plain fat free yogurt or sour cream, more salsa, tomatoes, green onions and cheese.
