Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore (0 points)

4 servings (1 cup each)


Ingredients:

1 pound chicken breast, cubed

15 oz can crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp italian seasoning

1 tsp dried oregano

1 bay leaf

1 pinch red pepper flakes

1 10 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed


Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir to mix.

Cook for 2-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.


Suggested Serving: Serve over squash noodles, konjac noodles, palmini noodles, rice or pasta.
