Ingredients:
15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 rib celery, diced
2 tbsp red onion, diced
3 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions:
In a medium bowl, smash the chickpeas with a fork (you may or may not want to peel your chickpeas before smashing).
Combine the chickpeas with the celery, onion, yogurt, lemon juice, celery seed, garlic powder, mustard and onion powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Suggested Serving: Serve on pita with lettuce or greens.
