Spicy Chicken Salad (0 points)

Ingredients:

1 can kirkland chicken breast, drained

1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

2 tbsp frank's redhot sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 medium green onion, sliced

1 rib celery, diced

1 small carrot, diced


Directions:

Add all the ingredients and mix well.

Let stand 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.


Suggested Serving: Serve on toasted pita triangles, crackers, broghies, bread or lettuce wraps.
