Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken breast
2 dutch rusks, crumbled
1 large egg
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup light feta, crumbled
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix until blended.
Using damp hands, divide into 6 equal amounts and shape into patties.
Air fry or fry in a sprayed skillet heated on medium high heat until cooked, about 12-15 minutes
Suggested Serving: Serve with spinach, tomatoes, onions and yogurt dill sauce (see Mediterranean Chicken with Yogurt Dill Sauce recipe) on a bun or pita.
