Tiramisu Overnight Oats

3 servings


Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

3 tbsp chia seeds

30g good protein mocha or chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp unsweetened cocao powder

2 tsp espresso powder or instant coffee

1 cup 2% high protein yogurt

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk


Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Divide, evenly, into 3 containers with lids.

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve, cold or slightly warmed in the microwave with extra yogurt, fruit, nuts or seeds.
