4 servings (1/4 mixture)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pinch red pepper flakes
8 oz turkey breast, cut into strips
14 oz frozen stir fry vegetables, or fresh
Directions:
Whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat a lightly sprayed large deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the turkey and cook until the turkeyis browned and cooked through. Remove the turkey to a plate. Set aside.
Add the veggies to the skillet and cook , stirring often, for about 2 minutes. Add the turkey back in and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and add in the sauce. Continue cooking, until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve on its own or over rice/noodles.
