Vanilla Chia Pudding

1 serving


Ingredients:

1/2 cup 2% high protein yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

10g good protein vanilla milkshake powder

5g fermented pea protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds


Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine, ensuring that the chia seeds do not clump.

Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Serve with fruit.
