3 servings (2/3 cup each)
2 cups watermelon, cubed
40 g saputo light feta, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 pinch table salt
Directions:
Place cubed watermelon in a medium bowl.
Arrange crumbles of feta over the watermelon.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint and a pinch of salt.
Toss gently.
Suggested Serving: Serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
