Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups fat free chicken broth
2 cans white beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans chicken breast (Kirkland), drained
1 can green chilies
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a large saucepan and heat up to a boil.
Turn to a medium low and cook until onion is translucent, about 15-20 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve with shredded cheese, plain fat free greek yogurt, salsa, cilantro, green onions and a squeeze of lime.
How many ounces is '2 cans of chicken breast'? I've seen many different sized cans.... Thanks!
