Yogurt Tartar Sauce (1 point)

4 servings (2 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

1/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1/4 cup 1/2 fat mayonnaise

1 tbsp dill pickles, finely diced

1 tbsp capers, finely diced

1 tsp dijon mustard

1/4 tsp dried dill weed

1/4 tsp table salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 pinch cayenne


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients together in a small container.

Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, to allow flavours to meld.

Stir before serving.


Suggested Serving: Serve with seafood; crab cakes, tuna and salmon cakes, fish fillets or shrimp.
