Ingredients:
1 fresh apple, sliced
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup
Directions:
Place apples in a bowl. Drizzle with no sugar added pancake syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir to coat the apples.
Spray the air fryer basket/tray and add the apples. Spray the apples.
Set the air fryer to 350F for 15-20 minutes making sure to stir occasionally.
Pierce the apples with a fork to ensure they are tender. If needed continue for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve as a side dish. Great as a dessert with caramel sauce and cool whip or as a topping for pancakes or waffles.
