Ingredients:
1 lb fat free ground turkey breast
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Wet hands to prevent sticking and shape into 4 patties.
Spray a large skillet and set over medium high heat.
When pan is hot, add burgers and cook 5-7 minutes per side until done.
