3 servings (1 cup each)
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked oats
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup uncooked zucchini, shredded
3/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp dried chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch table salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Stir the mixture until everything is thoroughly combined.
Divide the mixture up, evenly, into 3 smaller (1 cup) mason jars.
Place in the fridge overnight (or for several hours).
In the morning, eat cold or warm up for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.
Suggested Serving: Top with fruit, seeds and/or no added sugar syrup.
