Baked Pork Tenderloin (2 points)

Ingredients:

1 pound lean pork tenderloin

2 tsp italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp table salt

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh lime juice


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly spray a large baking dish. Set aside.

Whisk together the spices and sprinkle over the tenderloin, patting onto the surface of the meat on all sides.

Place the tenderloin in the prepared dish and drizzle the lemon/lime juice over the top.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the outside is browned and inside is done to your likeness.

Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.


Suggested Serving: Serve with cooked apples or applesauce.
