8 servings (2 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

3 medium bananas, chopped

1 medium orange

1 lemon

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup


Directions:

Place a medium saucepan on the stove.

Add the juice from one orange and one lemon.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Heat the mixture over medium heat and bring to a simmer and keep simmering for about 15 minutes.

Spoon into a clean jar.

Store in the fridge. Good for 2 weeks.
