2 servings (1/2 cup)
Ingredients:
1 medium banana, ripe and chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
Directions:
Add the chopped bananas, vanilla and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the banana puree to a mixing bowl and fold in the yogurt until mixed through.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Suggested Serving: This yogurt was sweet enough for me but you may want to add 1-2 tsp of sweetener.
