Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
1/4 cup sugar free bbq sauce
1/4 cup salsa
1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
Cook for 2-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Using 2 forks, pull apart the chicken breasts. Mix.
Suggested Serving: Serve on flour tortillas with cole slaw, sliced green onions, cilantro yogurt sauce and a squeeze of lime.
