Bean Salad (1 point)

5 servings (heaping 1 cup each)


Ingredients:

2 cans green beans, drained

2 cans mixed beans, drained and rinsed

2 medium green onions, sliced

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Directions:

Carefully mix the green beans, mixed beans and green onions in a bowl. Set aside.

Combine the remaining dressing ingredients. Pour over bean mixture.

Toss carefully to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
