4 servings (1/2 cup each)
Ingredients:
2 medium beets, cooked, chopped
2 medium apples, cored, chopped
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Add the chopped beets and apple to a medium bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl whisk together the vinegar, splenda, horseradish, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
Add the dressing to the beets and apples, mix gently.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
