Biryani Cauliflower Rice (0 points)

4 servings (1/2 cup each)


Ingredients:

2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked

1 tsp garlic, minced

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/4 tsp ginger, minced

1 pinch cayenne pepper

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped


Directions:

Heat a large sprayed skillet on medium high.

Add all the ingredients.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.


Suggested Serving: Serve with green onion and a squeeze of lime.
