Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
2 medium green onions, sliced
8 rings banana peppers, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp no added sugar pancake syrup
1/2 tsp table salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine the beans, corn, green onion and banana peppers. Set aside.
Add the rest of the ingredients into a small lidded container. Shake until well combined.
Pour the contents of the container over the beans and vegetables.
Store in a covered container in the fridge.
