Ingredients:
6 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp uncooked onion, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp table salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp chipotle chili powder
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If mixture is too thick, add water by the tbsp until it is the consistency you like.
Suggested Serving: Serve with veggies, tortilla chips or crackers.
