Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bran buds
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 medium bananas, ripe and mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup
1 cup kodiak mix
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add the bran buds, milk, bananas, egg, syrup and vanilla to a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Add the kodiak mix, baking powder and cinnamon to another bowl. Mix.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix just until combined.
Fold in the blueberries.
Divide batter into 10 wells of a sprayed muffin tin.
Bake 30 minutes.
Hi Ann-Marie! Bran buds are the same as All Bran cereal. You could use the buds, original sticks or flakes. I would crush up the sticks or flakes to make measuring easier.
