2 servings (1 cup each) Ingredients: 1 large banana, mashed 1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt 1/4 cup almond milk 2 tsp no added sugar pancake syrup 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Directions: To a medium bowl add the mashed banana, yogurt, almond milk and syrup. Mix well. Fold in the oats, blueberries and ground cinnamon. Divide the mixture evenly into a couple of mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Suggested Serving: Serve slightly warmed or cold, topped with fresh fruit and a drizzle of no added sugar pancake syrup or a sprinkle of brown sugar sweetener.
