Breakfast Bars (1 point)

Ingredients:

3 bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 tsp ground cinnamon

19 gm lily's chocolate chips

38 gm reduced sugar craisins

3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare an 8"x 8" square pan by lightly spraying with oil or lining with parchment paper.

To a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas and egg, mix until combined.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.

Pour the batter into the pan, press down and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the edges are browned.

Allow the squares to completely cool before cutting into 10 even bars.
