Brownie Bark (1 point)

12 servings (1 pieces bark)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup kodiak mix

1/2 tsp baking powder

18g mocha protein powder

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

39g 80% chocolate, chopped


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325F and line a 1/2 baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the kodiak mix, baking/protein/cocoa powders and salt. Set aside.

In a blender, combine the applesauce, milk, egg and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.

Pour the batter onto the prepared pan and spread into a rectangle. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces, evenly.

Bake 18 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool 20 minutes. Cut into 12 squares and spread them apart. Bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool.
