Ingredients:

1 can Kirkland canned chicken breast,drained

1/3 cup Frank's hot sauce

1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, whole or blended


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a bowl combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

Pour dip batter into a baking dish and bake for 30 mins.


Suggested Serving: May be served topped with blue cheese crumbles with broken broghies, tortillas, crackers and fresh veggies. Be sure to add on any extra points.
