Buffalo Chicken Salad (2 points)

2 servings (1/2 salad each)


Ingredients:

1 can kirkland chicken breast, drained

1/4 cup uncooked celery, chopped

1/4 cup uncooked carrot, grated

1 scallion, slice

2 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 tbsp frank's redhot sauce

1/4 tsp dried parsley

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp dried dill


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.


Suggested Serving: Serve on its own or on bread, pita or crackers.
