Ingredients:
1 Built Bar (3 points)
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar free syrup
1/2 cup quick oats
Directions:
Cut built bar into 8-10 pieces and put into a small sprayed saucepan.
Add milk and sugar free syrup. Heat on medium high until bar starts to melt.
Stir mixture until bar is completely melted. Stir in quick oats.
Drop by tablespoon on to silicon mat. Shape into cookie rounds using your fingers.
Make sure the cookies are completely cooled before eating. Store in the refrigerator.
Suggested Serving: You can use any flavour of built bar (3 points) and any flavour of sugar free syrup.
