Cherry Almond Overnight Oats (2 points)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup plain 0% greek yogurt

17g sliced almonds

1/4 tsp almond extract

1/2 cup dark cherries, halved


Directions:

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir to mix well.

Press mixture into a storage container with a lid, like a mason jar. Cover tightly.

Place the container in the fridge overnight.

Stir well and serve either cold or warmed up.


Variations:

Strawberry Vanilla Almond - substitute the almond extract with vanilla and the cherries with chopped fresh strawberries.


Blueberry Almond - substitute the cherries with fresh or frozen blueberries.
