Cherry Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked rolled oats

20g good protein vanilla milkshake protein powder

20g fermented pea protein powder

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup 2% high protein yogurt

30g sliced almonds

1/4 tsp almond extract

1 1/2 cup dark cherries, halved


Directions:

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir to mix well.

Divide mixture, evenly, into 3 storage containers with a lid.

Place the containers in the fridge overnight.

Stir well and serve either cold or warmed up.


Variations:

Strawberry Vanilla Almond - substitute the almond extract with vanilla and the cherries with chopped fresh strawberries.


Blueberry Almond - substitute the cherries with fresh or frozen blueberries.
