6 servings (1 1/2 cups each)
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, 1" cubes
14 oz tomato sauce
14 oz diced tomatoes
14 oz mixed beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp table salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker. Stir to mix. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours.
Suggested Serving: Serve with plain fat free greek yogurt, salsa, shredded cheese, green onions or cilantro.
