3 servings (1 cup each)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp onion, diced
6 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/4 cup green beans, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup peas
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 pkg (7.5 gm) McCormack Gravy for Poultry
Directions:
Spray a medium sauce pot.
Add onion and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Turn down to simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf and serve hot.
