Ingredients:
3 bananas, pureed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
4 tbsp splenda, divided
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp table salt
3 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9" round pan. Set aside.
In a medium bowl mix the banana, eggs, and vanilla extract together. Set aside.
In another bowl combine the oats, 2 tbsp splenda, baking powder, salt and 2 tsp cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour half into the prepared pan. Set aside.
Mix the applesauce, 2 tbsp splenda, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon and the cocoa.
Add half the applesauce mixture onto the oatmeal in 4 blobs and swirl in with a knife.
Add the rest of the oatmeal mixture on top. Then add the rest of the applesauce mixture on top in 4 blobs and swirl in with a knife.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Suggested Serving: Serve with Cream Cheese Yogurt Frosting/Dip
