Cottage Cheese Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 banana, ripe

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 scoop protein powder

2 tbsp chia seeds


Directions:

Add the ingredients into a blender.

Blend until cottage cheese is broken down and mixture is smooth.

Divide into 2 equal servings and refrigerate until set.


Suggested Serving: Serve with fresh fruit, nuts, cool whip, jam, chocolate chips or syrup.
