Cottage Cheese Pudding (1 point)

2 servings (1/2 mixture each)


Ingredients:

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 medium banana, ripe

22g good protein chocolate fudge powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a blender.

Blend until the cottage cheese is broken down.

Divide into 2 portions. Let set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.


Serving Suggestion: Serve with light whipped cream, yogurt, shaved chocolate, fruit or nuts.
